At Go Stylish, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward refund and returns policy.
Returns
- You can return most items within 14 days of receiving your order.
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

- You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or a defective product.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days, and the amount will be credited back to your original payment method.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Shipping Policy in Egypt:
- You will receive your order in 1 – 7 working days depending on your address.
- You can always check the item before you pay, in case you don’t like it you can return it back with the courier and only pay the shipping fees.
- In case of exchange, return the item back with the courier and pay the shipping fees, then you can place a new order through the website.
Laser engraving items is customized by your request so it non-refundable
Exchanges
- We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you want a different item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
Damaged or Defective Items
